Orders
By placing an order with J & P Designs, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, spelling, colors, quantities, and order details before production begins. Once final approval has been given and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
J & P Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment may be required in full or according to the agreed payment terms before production or shipment.
For custom and bulk orders, production will begin only after the quote has been approved and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Production & Turnaround
Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of each order. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may be affected by product availability, artwork approval, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier once an order leaves our facility. J & P Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or images submitted for customization. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the materials provided.
J & P Designs reserves the right to decline orders that may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy for complete details regarding custom and non-custom products.
